Florida has set the Special Election dates to replace U.S. Rep. Mike Waltz once he leaves to become Donald Trump's National Security Adviser. The dates are similar to the CD 1 contest, though with small differences.

Qualifying for the Primaries will run from Dec. 6-7. Mail ballots go out mid-December, and early voting runs from Jan. 18-25. The Primary Special Election Day takes place on Jan. 28.

For the General Election, mail ballots will be sent in mid-February, with early voting open from March 22-29. Election Day will take place on April 1.
